I'm really frustrated with our nanny.
She is amazing with the kids and they love her. She is also very reliable.
But she also seems incapable of basic maths despite being very educated. Twice she has miscalculated money which I asked her to calculate (Money for trips out etc). She is also very forgetful. Leaving bags behind etc on a good few occasions. Aibu to say she should be more on the ball?

Forgetting stuff is as much down to the children given their ages as the Nanny. But if you're not happy then best to find someone else..

Don't really understand the money thing as you haven't explained it well but to be honest I would be a bit annoyed if she was loosing stuff regularly.

You also complain your grandchildren are being made to walk too far by doing 30 minutes a day so yeah you're being unreasonable. You seem to find fault with everything.

So not your actual children? Grandchildren? There's getting over involved and then there's this!
