House full of farts

Anyone else have to endure this?
Dp and toddler Dd forever trumping, not deliberately rudely and doesn’t smell, but it’s pretty constant.
I rarely trump and hate the word fart, itself. I’m honestly not up my own arse (pardon the pun) but it was ridiculous today 🙈🤣
Aibu to not want to live in a house full of farts?

I just giggled because i just imagined your dp doung things like telling mates in pub about the funny poop he had in a living yesterday for example😂

@SchrodingersImmigrant I know right? I'm trying to save him from untold embarrassment but he absolutely insists he's right and won't hear it that it actually means poo. Might just have to leave him to it and wait for a scenario like the one you describe, and let other people shame him into using the right word!

@BirdIsland

Poop is an Americanism and means poo.

I grew up with 2 brothers so it wasn't exactly a taboo subject in our house. When I was a kid, one of my brothers told me that the brown part of the pattern on my grandparents very 70's carpet were where him and my other brother would fart and singe the carpet. I believed him Grin

My bf loves a good fart but when I do it, it's unladylike and disgusting. Double standards. I just marvel at how sweet the bedroom smells when he's not here.
