Sharing bed situation on holiday

Hi all
We are going to France tomorrow and staying in a private house. I have a newborn and 2 kids 5 and 9. I’ve been cosleeping with baby at home (DH in guest room) but on holiday will put him in a cot next to bed- and share the bed again with DH. However if it doesn’t work out- either baby not happy in cot or both me and DH stressed would it be acceptable do you think for DH to share a double bed with DD (5)? Neither of them would mind at all.... Or is it just a no no for a girl to share with her dad? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure I shared a bath with my dad aged older than that. In my eyes if it's ok for you to sleep with her in the same bed it's ok for dad unless there's a creepy back story that would suggest there's inappropriate behaviour. In that case he wouldn't be In the same house as my child let alone bed

Of course it’s fine. Where would you and the baby sleep though? In a single bed?

Is he danger to children and on a sex register? Just trying to figure out why you'd ask is all.

If they’re both happy (and I can’t imagine any 5 year old objecting), then why on earth would it be a problem?!

That really wasn't necessary.

I know comprehension is not a strong point on MN and that a good percentage of posters are of low intelligence but the OP's question was polite and reasonable, there is no need for you to be so grotesque.
