I do. All the time. There's a particular famous person I've liked for years now and I'm constantly fantasising about what our life together would look like. Different scenarios in which we bump into each other. Playing it out in my head like a story over and over. When it runs its course, I think up a new scenario. Totally sad, right?!

DH doesn't quite know the extent but I have told him jokingly I'd leave him in a heart beat for this person. He thinks I'm joking but I'm not so sure! 😅

I think everyone does. Men and women

Drivingmeupthewall · 31/07/2021 19:15

Of course. Totally normal.

KnightKnurse · 31/07/2021 19:21

I fantasize about playing bass in the Pixes or a reformed Sonic Youth, yes I really do Blush and going on tour, playing festivals. All kinds of daydreaming stuff to pass time on my commute.

However, if I'm having a wank I think I'd fell a bit strange if I was thinking of a real world person other than DH. Maybe that's just me?

namcybotwinbloom · 31/07/2021 19:27

Yes usually before I go asleep so I can dream about it Blush

KarlUrbansWife · 31/07/2021 21:47

No, never, certainly not a 6 foot dark haired Kiwi....^

NerrSnerr · 31/07/2021 21:54

I'm married to Jamie Murray and we live in a lovely little house by the sea. Very modest considering his income as we're not flash...

Does part of a person count? Several years ago I watched a male friend twiddling some buttons on a piece of equipment and the image of his long, sensitive fingers stays with me still.
He has, unknowingly, given me a lot of pleasure since then.

mateysmum · 31/07/2021 23:04

If I'm allowed a fictional character, then it has to be Jamie Fraser from Outlander. Truly a king among men!

NotyouGuillermo · 31/07/2021 23:07

Sebastian Stan 😍

Holothane · 31/07/2021 23:11

Definitely normal. I think you'll find this thread reassuring, OP.

I do but I'm boring in fantasy world too as it usually morphs into house fantasies. When we have got together we need a little hideout away from the world. Me and Will.I.Am have lived all over 😂😂

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe · 01/08/2021 13:31

All fine just as long as you won't mind when your husband talks so longingly of another woman, OP.

I mean, don't most of us have swoons about somebody else sometime? I'm not sure that everybody shares that knowledge with their partner. It's a bit hurtful and, is lighting a blue touch paper potentially.

Don't say you weren't warned...

Holothane · 01/08/2021 15:50

Actually my dh has his harem of fantasy women I laugh don’t mind, means I can drool over my two. 😍😍😍
