Posted in weight loss chat but no traffic... Don't know why I did it.
I'm 3 weeks into eating better and being more active, have just reduced portions and Carb in take really and been more active and getting the steps in. Have felt the weight come off.. I don't have that much to lose, I'm about a stone over the weight I'm happiest at..
I think I've lost about half a stone as my old jeans fit.. Anyway today, I thought I'd have a "planned binge dinner" so ordered pizza and chips.. Within a few bites I felt so full.. Now I'm on the loo and it's just gone straight through me and I feel horrendous.. why did I do it. I just fancied pizza this week.. It wasn't a huge craving, I just thought let me plan to have it then its out of my system, I have no doubt I'll go back to normal tomorrow. Feel so awful. Learnt the hard way.

Oh I did this once op, planned a cheat day ordered a curry from a new restraint to be delivered...I regretted it. Half an hour after finishing it went straight through me. Was uncomfortable and running to the loo all night from it.

They had great recommendations too!!

You live and learn as they say.

Gall bladder ?

WorraLiberty · 27/07/2021 23:09

Could be a mild stomach bug OP.

My dad was saying the day before yesterday that he had an Aldi's ready meal, could only eat half before feeling really full, felt sick a little while later and then had diarrhoea first thing in the morning.

He was blaming the meal until his friend told him he felt the same and it was a stomach bug.

@Calmdown14

Isn't this a good thing (once the initial discomfort passes anyway)? You're unlikely to crave it again. Save your treats for something more worthwhile!
Blasphemy. Pizza is totally worthwile 😁 But yeah. I am not a fan of chippy shop onea because they are too loaded

When you cut out carbs, the minute you eat them you get diarrhoea. It usually lasts 1-2 days.

The reason you be a full quicker is because your stomach has shrunk.

It doesn't take long for these changes to your diet to have an affect on your body.

SchrodingersImmigrant · 27/07/2021 23:32

Stachs don't really shrink, and wven if, not really after 3 weeks and to this extent...

Confused

it's been 3 WEEKS, it's not a normal reaction at all.

Aw op I hope you feel a lot better in the morning. For what it's worth, if I dare to eat anything really greasy (think batter on fish) I feel horrendous and get stuck on the loo pretty quickly. I don't normally eat it (understandably!), so my tum really objects to it. I wonder if that's what's happened with you? Of course it could be a wee bug that's decided to irritate your stomach now, but hopefully whatever it'll be short lived.

maddening · 28/07/2021 00:29

On the plus side, diarrhoea does cause weightless if only temporarily

Feelingit70 · 28/07/2021 13:43

The pizza totally wasn't worth it. I've barely eaten today. It was largely greasy and cheap quality.
Chalking this to one down to experience.
Pizzagate
