AIBU to think they have changed the recipe for the worse? Used to think they were the best uk supermarket ones but now crumb not crusty and inside flabby. Opinions?

Most of what I order online from ocado is not of the same quality as in the shop. The bonus of ocado is requesting a refund is extraordinarily simple.

We used to love their 'dine in' deals.'
It's always the same dishes now .
Usually lasagna is offered and it's a bit too sloppy.
No longer consider M&S a treat any more but it's probably because they want regular shoppers now.
