To not send daughter to prom

My DD's class had a positive Covid test yesterday and is in isolation. Their year 6 leavers prom is tomorrow. The original venue found out about the positive test and cancelled the booking and now it's being held in a parents garden. My DD isn't going to the same school as any of her year and their last week has been cut short. My gut says not to send her,but she is trying so hard to convince me. I know what to do, but AIBU to say she can't go?

Not only do they need to isolate from other people but they also need to isolate from each other. Yes they have already been together but if some have already caught it but not others you are just giving another opportunity for it to spread further and disrupt more families. Don't be part of it.

If it goes ahead I would let her go. Same group of kids.
