To think I'm going to get Covid?

I missed my usual bus tonight and had to get a tram home instead. There were massive delays and so the one I did end up getting was absolutely packed with lots of people not wearing masks. I'm in Manchester where covid rates are rising. It's made me very uneasy and now I'm convinced I'm going to get Covid.

My colleague gets the tram to and from work every day. He’s never had it to his knowledge (LFT twice weekly). Don’t assume it’s a given.

I was on the London tube a few weeks agi, proper crammed in like 'normal' times. Negative LFTs taken 2x a week since. Plys what everyone else has said re the likely prognosis if you DO get it.
