Yet there are millions of these men who are happily in relationships or married. By far the least appealing men I have ever met, regardless of what they look like are the but I'm a nice guy, I'm really nice, you should like me back otherwise you're shallow because I'm just so nice (invariably they aren't nice). Before looking to date address the issues you have, no women aren't to blame for incels. As an aside most incels could find someone to date, plenty of ugly fuckers do, but what they mean is the women they deem to be of an appropriate attractiveness don't want to date them- the irony is not lost.

I had to Google Jack Grealish, I had no idea what he looked like. Seems quite disingenuous to tear the man down, rip his looks and supposed personality (as I assume none of us know him personally to confirm the negative comments) apart, then complain that women (in general) do the same.
Being in the public eye brings more attention through paparazzi photos, social media, etc. Obviously more people will find him attractive simply through his face being plastered over the internet, TV and so on, since most of us wouldn't ever clap eyes on him if he worked in his local bank, for example.
I don't find him attractive, but it doesn't lead to me denigrating his looks and entire persona. Those aren't the actions of someone who is genuinely kind and caring.

Some of your language is actually a bit chilling- 'get off Scot free' as if you feel they should be punished; 'us guys who let you do it. Cripes. Please address your issues.

But instead of spiralling by reading other men spout the same toxic shit, you could try and access some help and support to help you address these issues and live a less bitter and more positive life- of which I expect an outcome would be more people, including women, wanting to spend time with you.
