There is a patch of land next to my detached garage that may belong to me, one land search say it does another shows it as unclaimed land. About 2 years ago my drug dealing neighbours in the rented property next door parked a car there. At the time I told them the land wasn't theirs to park on, he said it was just for a week. Anyway 2 years later and the cars never been moved. Its now got flat tyres and has been vandalised. I have asked numerous times for him to move it he just says yes but never does. I think its a fire risk if it goes up my garage will too. AIBU to contact the council/police and report it as an abandoned vehicle? Does anyone know what will happen if I do?
