To ask if anyone has travelled with vaccine proof and passport in different names?

Due to travel this weekend (green country) and entry requirements have just changed to require vaccine proof. My passport is still in my maiden name, whereas vaccine proof is in married name. Can't get through to tour operator to query. Has anyone been in this situation and were you just able to show your marriage cert to prove you were the same person?

Starting to feel like this holiday is not worth the stress.

By the way, allow plenty of time at check in. When we flew ALL Ryanair flights were in one long queue. It took about an hour to check our bags in and that was before school holidays.

Marriage certificate was check against vaccine certificate and it was accepted no problem whatsoever 👍

Not sure if this will help but everyone nhs registered has a unique nhs number. That number will be on any of your medical documents regardless of name changes.

Also in this situation and so anxious. Passport in maiden name and covid cert in married name. Calling Ryanair but can anyone confirm if they are still being ok about this?

@whateverintheworld I flew with Ryanair on Monday. Passport & flight in married name. Vaccine certificate in married name.

Marriage certificate was checked against vaccine certificate and it was accepted no problem whatsoever 👍

I meant to type passport & flight in MAIDEN name 🤣

Yet another reason not to keep your own name.

I doubt there are any men worrying about this or running around trying to get their records to match up.

@singlemum81thank you so much for taking the time to reply - I feel so reassured. We spent 3 hours on the phone to Ryanair this morning trying to get them to confirm and they wouldn’t….just said bring your marriage certificate but we won’t confirm. They can be so painful!

Hi. I want to book a flight to Spain with ryanair but I read from public sources that the vaccine certificate name has to match the passport name. The vaccine certificate does not have my middle names 😔. Will this be a problem? Anyone know? Thank you so much
