Ex wants to take kids abroad

Gah exh wants to take kids abroad in August. I'm not keen only because of the pandemic. He's not stated where yet but that doesn't matter, anywhere worries me. AIBU?

Would you be OK with this?

If he is hell bent on going he could do.a shorter break and time it so he has them for 10 days after they get back so they can quarantine with him if necessary rather than doing whatever he wants and expecting you to pick up the slack.

But logically no they shouldn't be going abroad!
