What time do we think it’s appropriate to play out in the street?
Neighbours were out at 5 to 8 this morning, letting their little kids play run and scream at top of voices at each other. They are only 2& 3years old so parent was out in street with them.
Am I being a grump or is before 8am on a Sunday too early to let your kids wake the entire street? Baring in mind I have my own child as do many people on our lovely quiet street, but no one else is ever out before 9!
