Posting for traffic - shared food dishes, yes or no?

last minute wedding plans - need to decide today whether to change the menu.

We have sharing platters booked - meat plated up but potatoes, veg etc in shared turines on the table.

Would you be happy with this or should we change to fully plated?

When is it?

I prefer fully plated. It’s my preference way before COVID.

Not Covid related but I bloody hate 'family style' with people I don't know.
