I have it. Kids and baby just grabbing me all the time. constant talking, mommy mommy mommy mommy
its never ever ever ending. I don't know what to do. I get so angry that I'm literally grinding my teeth down to nothing. Loosened my filling ffs!
one pulls my hair for comfort, one rubs my belly for comfort, the older one comes for hugs constantly and the other one wouldn't touch me with a barge pole (so I'm also feeling rejected as well as over touched!)
Does it get better??
also they don't stop talking. Constant drone all day long with fights and screams in-between.
Also going through a phase of 'no' and hitting me (7yo) it hurts and is difficult to physically restrain when kicking out. Especially with the younger ones about

I don't know how old your children are, but you can set boundaries around your own body. Bodily autonomy is good for them to learn. My dd is 16mo and sometimes I do want a minute, I say, "I can't feed you right now, but I'll give you a cuddle instead" or "mummy needs to pee right now but in a few minutes I will pick you up". She doesn't always understand yet, and yes sometimes she gets upset and it's okay for her to be upset and have feelings about it, but it's also okay for you to have feelings about it and put those at the forefront sometimes. If the kids are fed, watered, nappy changed etc. and otherwise okay, give yourself permission to take a moment for yourself Flowers

oh basic information missed Blush kids are almost 1, 2, 7 and 8 so quite a handful.
I have tried to say no, but its never listened to, screams and fights me to get to pull my hair. sometimes its just easier to let him pull it.
Gotten into the habit of grabbing for my boobs and pulling them when he's angry or hitting them when I say no for anything. (this is the 2 year old, nearly 3) and I assume its because that always gets a reaction (because it bloody hurts and brings me to tears some times) its really embarrassing if we are out and about too. I'm at my wits end.
I 'know' its okay for me to set boundaries but I still feel guilty and then when I do try they are trampled over
in here for a winge

Are you at home with them all day?

It sounds like you just need a break, on your own in a silent dark room or something. Or maybe a long walk on your own.

Do you get any time to yourself?
