Not diagnosed by the doctor but I’m thinking it is that, not had it before and not feeling very good , everything feels like it’s moving even when I’m lying down. Any tips on how to deal with it?

@Rainydays55

Started badly yesterday, although I had it on and off a week ago but not badly, it didn’t stop me going to work, but this weekend it’s worse, seems to have come out the lie, I feel a bit like I have clogged up / heavy ears today so I’m wondering if it’s an ear infection. It goes from feeling a bit like I’m floating / am spaced out if I’m walking or sitting to being ok when I’m sitting down . Seems to get worse as the day goes on.
It doesn’t sound like BPPV so the Epley won’t help.

It could be labyrinthitis or vestibular neuritis. Take it easy for a while but once the main dizziness has gone then try to keep moving and active as this will help the remaining symptoms go. Try not to avoid movement that provoke symptoms but don’t overdo it.

See you GP as you may be able to get something to help with the symptoms. Don’t take them for longer than necessary as they will suppress your balance organs and you will take longer to get better.

Hope this helps x
