Vague discussions of blended working in today's zoom meeting

This will vary hugely depending on the institution. I'm at a small uni and have been back on-campus since September so things feel pretty much normal now. I worked on-campus all through the Christmas closure as we were open to students (I was able to cover Christmas Day from home though!) and at the moment the official word is to plan for "business as usual" from September so more and more colleagues who have remained at home are starting to drift back onto campus.
