Random conversation with OH.

I'm a female and would love to experience what it feels to climax during sex as a male and what it feels like inside a woman.

WhT would you love to experience or do as the opposite sex?

Inputting to a work meeting. (I’m sure I get talked down/ ignored more than men I work with do)

DinosaurDiana · 31/05/2021 07:54

Definitely being able to wee anywhere.

SkedaddIe · 31/05/2021 07:55

Pregnancy and childbirth.

StarlightLady · 31/05/2021 07:58

Understanding how you can have something attached to you that grows in size and feels nice when it does!

camelfinger · 31/05/2021 07:58

Being able to lift things easily and being taken seriously. Also being able to send the kids into school looking a mess and that being deemed adorable, rather than cause for concern.

R0SEMARY · 31/05/2021 08:01

I’d love to be able to do 5% of the parenting and have everyone say how amazing I am.

SnoopCatz · 31/05/2021 08:11

To get a beer belly and wear what I want without being shamed.
Re safety - To go abroad on holiday on my own and go for a night walk or woodland walk.
Get a cold.

Male privilege so basically everything

lljkk · 31/05/2021 08:17

Strength from Big muscles! for sure, higher vo2max and running faster. more strength and leverage.

2nd benefit: Being taller, reaching things higher up.

@JocastaElastic

@Embracingthechaos

Being able to be a parent without having to sacrifice my body or my career

This.

I can remember being on a train and some teenswere smoking and listening to really loud music and generally pissing about. A few women told them to turn the music down and stop smoking and they were jeered at. At the next stop, a 6 foot 5, 25 stone bloke got on the train. He just walked up to them and told them to turn the music off and put their fags out NOW. They all did as they were told. They didn't say a word. I'd I'd like to be him for a week or two.

Have a baby with my husband.

Test out that centre of gravity kneeling thing.

SinisterBumFacedCat · 31/05/2021 09:55

I have always quite fancied a beard. I remember a scene in Outnumbered where Karen (a little girl about 5 for those who haven't seen it) says the world is unfair to girls because girls can't grow beards. Honestly in a light-hearted way I agree with her!

God yes, I’d love to able to grow a big handlebar moustache. I think it would really suit my face.

Having a male body. I'm not trans or anything, but I hate having breasts (mine are quite big).
Being able to wee without having to take all the clothes on the lower half of your body off, so that you can wee virtually anywhere.
Looking better rather than older as my hair goes grey.
Not having periods and pmt
Not having a menopause
Not having to worry about conception
Not wearing make up.
Being stronger
It being automatically assumed that I'm in charge of finances, and major decisions like buying a car
Being able to walk round topless

Men have the best life. Perhaps I should be trans.

Doing the school run with two small children and everyone thinking I’m wonderful.

Referring to looking after my children as babysitting and not getting shot down.

Looking at any vacancy and applying even though I’m not qualified to do it.

Going for a run and no one gawping at me or slowing down. Feeling confident to run without my earbuds because no one is going to make a slimy remark that I will hear.

Userengage · 31/05/2021 10:43

Being congratulated by my mother for hanging the family’s washing out.

Userengage · 31/05/2021 10:43

I’ll stop now.

Disfordarkchocolate · 31/05/2021 10:44

Feeling safe. That miraculous male ability to not seeing the bedding needs changing.

FrankButchersDickieBow · 31/05/2021 10:48

I would go for a walk in the dark without thinking I might get attacked.

Parky04 · 31/05/2021 10:50

The love a woman has for their child.

HotChocolateLover · 31/05/2021 10:52

Definitely a blow job.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 31/05/2021 10:55

Male power. What it feels like not to have to worry about my safety, being discriminated against and the minutiae of daily micro-aggressions. Having Gods in my image and being the default pronoun. Career advantages.

Arbadacarba · 31/05/2021 10:56

Not being judged for my appearance. It not mattering that I am chubby and wrinkled. Not having a 'sell by date' in terms of being attractive to the opposite sex. Qualities such as my sense of humour, pragmatism and creativity actually counting for something, rather than few people being able to see past my unattractive looks.

Lillygolightly · 31/05/2021 11:00

This may be shallow but the first thing that comes to mind is showering, as in can literally jump into the shower soap everywhere and come out all clean and all done 2 minutes later!!

A quick shower for me is 15-20 minutes, that’s as quick as I can wash and condition my hair and shave everything I need to.

Parenting is the next one, being praised for anything that you do, not being the default parent, nobody judging or questioning your choices.

Clothes is another, you can dress however you like, no one is ever going to call you attention seeking, or a bit of a hussy because your showing a bit too much chest or leg.
