Is it too early for a day at the beach yet?

Is it warm enough to play at the beach with a toddler yet? :)

Judging by the thousands of vehicles that keep coming to our area which is near a few beaches I'd say yes it's hot enough.

As long as you don't mind sitting for hours on end in a hot car in standstill queues
