To ask for suggestions on an Edinburgh restaurant?

Sorry posting for traffic.
Get married in just over a week in Edinburgh city centre. Not booked a restaurant yet! It is just us, we want good food! Doesn't have to be really fancy.
We are there for nearly a week so lots of recommendations and food styles would be appreciated!

Howies (Classic Scottish)
Edinburgh Larder for lunch / brunch although i think i saw that they're starting to open some evenings
Vesta - work with Social Bite to provide jobs / training for homeless people so a good cause and really nice food
The Outsider - ask for a table with a view of the castle if you can
Whiski Bar - classic pub grub
Dishoom
First Coast on Dalry Road - used to do a really good value early evening menu
