I'll start

I have my first hair cut in 2 years today!

I finally managed to cut the grass for the first time in weeks as we had a bit of sun yesterday

After a year of eating nothing but homemade meals, me and my dp are going out for a meal on Saturday to celebrate our anniversary

I got my first covid jab this week

Meeting up with my dear friend (we met at primary school and are now in our 60s ) for the first time since Jan 2020.

I'm on garden leave from my horrible controlling boss and then I get to leave! I've been for a run, three interviews and a long walk this week and my life is immeasurably better without her influence in it. It's great!

I got a negative Covid test! Still ill but not with Covid.

I got a new job at a SEND school and am very excited ❤️

First meal out in a restaurant has got to be my best bit. Posh new Indian that lived up to the excellent reviews.
It was fabulous food, but just loved that I didn't have to do the planning, shopping & cooking...

Took the kids to see Peter rabbit 2, was really nice. Having my haircut tomorrow and so looking forward to that. Ordered a new TV, ours has managed an impressive 13 years so it's time for an upgrade.

My 9 week old son, who is finally here after surgery, chemical pregnancies and IVF, is smiling and cooing and being lovely.

Starting my new job in the NHS and absolutely loving it 😊😍

One of my chickens found a bit of eggshell (no idea where from), but as usual clucked with excitement...then the others got in in the act. I watched them for about 15 mins excitedly chasing the chicken who found the eggshell around the garden, it was funny, mainly because of the way they ‘run’.

Another chicken found a worm the other day and clucked big, thick lovely clucks. She kept looking at her flock mates and pecking at the worm...almost to show them the treasure she’d found, then she clucked some more and pecked some more, whilst looking at her friends - but the others weren’t interested.

I live quite a sheltered life!!

I had a bleed which scared the life out of me but a scan has shown baby is absolutely fine and it’s nothing to worry about, I’ve never felt so happy! (15 weeks pregnant after 4 miscarriages)
