Not really, and for that reason I'm likely to give up soon
I work in early years, part time. I have as many key children, so as much paper work, as a full timer - which I get in one sense (otherwise they'd have loads), but it means my work days are very cramped and stressful and I also do a lot of work at home on my days off.
Not brilliant for me, or for the children I care for. I don't feel the balance is right between caring for the little ones and the masses of observations etc that we have to do..
