AIBU to ask for your help in creating a # for Virgin Media who have dumped on my son during his A level revision?

Sorry but am having a creative block in making a scathing yet effective hashtag for Virgin Media. We've moved house and they've cocked up our broadband and said there'll be a "short delay" of 2+ days to an installation order booked for today. And to cap it all they've offered an appointment for the day I'm having covid vaccine which I need for work. Son is trying to do A level revision.

@Comefromaway

I'm guessing your child doesn't go to a school or college where there are no textbooks and all resources are internet based.

Is that really a thing?

My DD is 22 now, so a few years out of school. She was certainly studying primarily from textbooks for her A levels back then.

My son is year 12. The last time he used a textbook was Year 8 at the private school he used to go to. When he moved to state school is was all photocopied worksheets (not good for a disorganised autistic) and online interactive programmes.

Dd did her A levels last year. She had one textbook she bought herself and she had her English Lit set texts, everything else was online such as on Kerboodle.

Lots of revision resources are on line. Most schools have links on their own websites.
Also to access past papers, mark schemes etc.

Even more since lockdown when all teaching moved on line - my DD can revisit powerpoints for actual lessons etc. Really helpful if you need clarification on something.
