To object to this?

Crowded small touristy town centre on the Sunday of the bank holiday weekend.
Man or transwoman, not sure which, wearing a pleated (so bouncy) skirt so short you could see the bottom of their arse.(They weren’t wearing anything underneath) Couldn’t see anything at the front.
Am I unreasonable to object to this, and is there anything I could have done about it?

Would you have the same level of objection if it was a biological woman?

If so, YANBU, if not YABU.

I would have gone up to them and said 'Excuse me, did you know your skirt was riding up at the back?'. It could have been nothing more than a wardrobe malfunction.

I’ve never seen a cis woman wearing a skirt that short without tights or knickers. But I probably wouldn’t have thought much of it either!

I see this with girls occasionally when driving past and it makes me cringe. If I was on foot I would have to say something, just incase they didn't know. He or she may have been wearing a thong which you couldn't see, but it still inflicts their arse on others. I don't think you could do anything about it other than cause a scene.
