To think I shouldn’t feel like this after 2 drinks!

Out for a meal last night and I had 2 white wine spritzers with a substantial dinner. By the end of the second one I was feeling tipsy, by the time I got into bed the room was spinning.

Felt terrible all night and now this morning I have the worst headache and feel nauseous.

I don’t understand how I can have a hangover after 2 drinks that were watered down!

Any ideas why I have reacted so badly to them?

Have you had covid? Intolerance to alcohol can be a side affect

No I haven’t had covid as far as I know. I test twice weekly for work and always been negative. Haven’t had the vaccine yet.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions! I will avoid wine for a while I think!

There seems to be a few people reacting strangely to going back to drinking after lockdown. I know some have been drinking at home. My first thought was Covid too but now l am wondering is the vaccine affecting people's drinking. Only a thought!!

After i had covid and before i had the vaccine, i had a glass of wine and drunk!. I think its linked, the vaccine is like having very mild covid.
