Used to have cracking boobs, 38E's but feeding two DC's (ds until he was 3) has killed them. Then I've lost quite a bit of weight which has left them deflated and low, nipple at around elbow level Shock
I'm saving for surgery but it's not happening anytime soon. Any rips apart from getting a good bra? Exercises etc?

Push ups and chest press.

How long since you stopped BF?

ponderinginpoughkeepsie · 17/04/2021 20:29

@Cindy87 a year?

Mine looked like shit for 6 months or so, now better than ever. I always had small boobs though - B-ish cup before, D/DD now.

Give them longer to recover!

I lost weight in my bust, then it filled up again later. Get a good bra, and give them a bit longer!

The very lovely Daisy May Cooper put hers in a pony tail on instagram Grin. Don't know if that helps.

@DShrute I saw, she is an absolute hero!

Agree, I'd give it a bit longer. The fat cells need to recover. I only BF for 6 months per baby (2 kids) and it took as long for them to loose the deflated look!
