Tell me about the benefits of yoga!

For those of you who practice yoga , how do you find it benefits you? How often a week do you do it? I have dipped in and out the last couple of year but don’t seem to be able to maintain doing it regularly.

I only began practicing yoga in February so I'm no expert, but it's enhanced my life in so many ways since then.

I sleep better, I feel more connected to my body, I have buckets of patience and I love how much stronger and toned I'm feeling already.

I do yoga with Adrienne on YouTube. I worked my way through a 30 day programme and now I just choose a video from her channel or work through 12 sun salutations on my own. I practice daily, even if it's only 20 minutes. Starting yoga is the best decision I've made in a long time.
