I've been through a hell of a year (miscarriage etc) and am about a stone over what I feel comfortable as.

I just don't want to see anyone!

I know I just need to lose the weight but socialising then brings on more eating and drinking....

I need to do my roots too, that will make me feel a bit better I suppose.

Yes different reasons but I can understand those. I'm sorry about your ex but glad they are an ex!

I had a baby last year so the biggest life change I've had was done in the worst year... I see the positives from it but I feel like socially I'm struggling to get excited for
Meet ups, planning things, etc. Like I still want to hibernate for some reason.

Life feels a lot less pressured when you
Can't see anyone but perhaps that is just how I think now as I feel a bit mentally tired. And post partum chubby, a year later! [/quote]
That certainly makes sense. Well I struggled with having a baby anyway, the loss of freedom and my past life, not that it was always that exciting but still 😀

Yes the less pressure part I understand too, I heard a few say similar during the last year.
I think just do what you are happy doing, within reason, as I know babies control that anyway, and then there are things you have to do, where you have to go out etc.
