Not really a AIBU but I’m sat here crying and I don’t know if it’s lack of sleep or hormonal.
My DD (11) is out in the street with two friends we live in a very small culdesac riding there bikes.
There is a little boy about 8/9 he has special needs he sits and watches the girls quite a lot he’s a sweet thing and the girls talk to him.
He’s just learnt to ride his bike today with his mum and he’s so happy and seeing the girls cheering him on the joy on the mums face and that little boy laughing has had me in tears I’m not usually a crier and feel a bit silly

Ohhh, that’s lovely! Well done him! And well done to your DD and friends for cheering him on and encouraging him.

I’d be the same. Nothing wrong with that.

Don't feel silly. That's wonderful to see for all of you. You should be proud of your Dd.

That’s adorable. You’ve raised a lovely daughter.

That sounds joyful - tears of joy! We've not had enough joy this last year, have we?

Enjoy watching, it sounds lovely.
