Intimidated by senior staff

Myself and another colleague have reported a new supervisor for her behaviour which we find bullying and intimidating.
Our boss is aware of it and is planning to speak to this staff member this week.

It sounds silly but I'm a bit frightened of her and scared of the repercussions and what she might do.

It's a very small team and I'm supposed to be working alone with her one day this week. The setup of the job means there are only a couple of staff on site at a time.

Even if she's reported, my intention is not to get her sacked. However she will likely hate me for this, not that it matters on a personal level but it could make things very difficult working closely together.

I kind of feel like just quitting while I can to be honest, or at least being transferred to another site.
Feel very uncomfortable and intimidated around her. What would you do?

I'd carry on quite normally. Be polite, civil. Calmly note her behaviour if you think it's vindictive and report.
Keep reporting. Keep professional. Keep going. Two members of staff with the same problem then very close attention should be paid. If it's a big team there might be more. Don't forget. They are the problem.

*Also. They are new. They might fail their probation. Chances are they are a bad fit for the job. But maybe that's just how they "learned" to supervise somewhere else. Unlikely. They're probably just a dick.

Thanks for the advice. they're on probation, I am too as I'm relatively new. Actually, I'm not even on probation I'm on a work trial.
I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be to work so closely with her after this.
If nothing changes then I suppose I should just leave.

The way to see it OP is they’re more worried about working with you then you are with them, so don’t overthink it.
