For those having problems with apps on your phone - if you have a laptop or pc then there is an alternative.

I use an emulator called Bluestacks (other emulators are available) which mimics an android phone and will run any app that runs on an android phone.

So any app will think that you're using it on a phone but you're actually just on your laptop.

I've found this a great way to use any apps that I'm forced to use where there is no other way of dealing with an organisation.

@Airyfairymarybeary

Things change. Resisting change will hinder you in the long run.
But giving in to change and accepting unconsidered, unusable, badly designed apps will help no one.

These companies need to incentivise people to use these apps by making them better than the alternative.
