I got some flowers for my mum, no issues at all. They've just credited my account as lots of people did have issues with the delivery on that date. Great customer service.

Two questions. Has anyone else got this?

And would I be unreasonable to get my mum more flowers even though there were no issues? I would use B&W again based on this so they would gain. But it feels dishonest. But... free flowers for my mum.

@Arrowheart

I had a really disappointing bunch from them, all the greenery was dry and brittle and droopy flowers. I sent photos and got a replacement bunch today but they are just as bad. If I saw them in a supermarket I wouldn't pick them up. They looked like the reduced end of day flowers. I was really disappointed. I've emailed them so waiting to see what they say. I'd be really upset if I'd have sent them to someone.
I get B&W flowers a lot. They always look terrible for 48 hours and then look marvellous often lasting for three weeks or more.

Sadly not the bunches I've had. I'm lucky if they have lasted a week.

No I wouldn't .I'd check with the company first.would not feel right taking something that may have been sent in error.

Would anyone like a £10 voucher? Just received it with an order I placed:
