To not like botox

Just that really. I had gotten it for a few years with a few different practioners but it just never suited me. It just made my face look weird no matter how little I had done. I think I put pressure on myself to get it when i know so many people i knew were having it which is silly. AIBU for not liking something that's so popular otherwise?

I love it

YANBU - if it has a weird effect then that's how it is.

I personally love it though! Takes away all the forehead/eye wrinkles and makes me look so much better and more awake.

Yy to getting weird wrinkles elsewhere.

A good friend is devoted to her botox every 6 months (she is very focussed on her appearance). Honestly? If it makes a difference it's not a good one! She does not look young for her age especially and definitely has some slightly odd lines. She has a slightly puttyish puffy look to her face.
