Please help me name my puppy!

This is our boy, he is a Doberman and will be coming home on April 1st.

Myself and my partner cannot for the life of us agree on a name! We have two daughters and couldn't come up with a short list had they been boys!

We also have a silver grey Maine Coon named Prince, a Bengal named Tig and a bunny named Jasper (bunno)

One of his brothers is being named Jackson and the other Norman.

Carry on the SOA theme (Tig and Jackson) and call him Opie!

Looks like a Vlad, a Fiodor, a Sacha or a Youri to me!

But to be honest he could be called Bisto or Worcestershire Sauce, he would still be adorable.

If our dog was male, he would have been Bojo or Boris!, weve got a girl, she's called Maggie. Neither of usvare Tory supporters, honest!

We have called our pup Buzz after the astronaut and it is a great dog name (DD11 is very into space).

However we really should have called him Dobbie after the house elf, as he loves socks and steals them (and hats and gloves...) at any opportunity. He trots about proudly carrying them in his mouth.

Great name. My first dog, also a doberman, was called Henry. A colleague had a border collie called Humphrey, which I thought also quite suitable.

Boris, though? I don't know how you can inflict the baggage of being named after the current useless lump of a PM on a poor innocent little puppy, even if it's an ok name in itself. Fair enough while it's at the pooping over everything stage, but far less appropriate when it's grown into a beautiful, sleek, intelligent, faithful companion.

He looks like an Oskar or Otto to me.
