Enough already, there has been fireworks going off since 5.30pm here (as everywhere else I'm sure) but ffs they have had nearly 5 hours to let off sodding fireworks, is that not enough time? Surely it's for children, children are in bed now, people have to get up for work?

tell you what we're in a residential area loads of young families and we will let off fireworks at 10pm and a lot of them aren't from teenage chavs no their from families.

FrannyandZooey · 05/11/2007 22:02

you can light fireworks until midnight on Nov 5th, I believe

unknownrebelbang · 05/11/2007 22:02

Legally, they're allowed to set them off until 11 pm, I believe.

I'm a bit of bah humbug on bonfire night, never have seen the point of it TBH (can see the point of New Year fireworks though) and when DD1 wakes up screaming there a firework in her room it make me even more

I'm not saying don't have fireworks just set them off at a decent time.
