Radio 1 is currently playing a song by a 17 year old Australian boy called The Kid called ‘Without You.’

The main lyric in the chorus is ‘ Can't make a wife out of a ho.’

Apart from being ridiculous lyrics for a 17 year old to sign, AIBU to be shocked that the BBC are allowing such misogynistic and sexist music to be played?
