To want DH to try to be healthier

DH has always eaten lots and naturally slim, as have I. He has an active job. However particularly over the last year with what has been going on, his junk food consumption is really starting to concern me. Don’t get me wrong, I have hardly been an angel during lockdown, but he seems to now have NO boundaries and I can’t help but think this is going to have long term effects if it carries on.

As an example, this week, one day he had two chocolate bars before 9.30am, in the same day had two pieces of cake and a flapjack. He also had some biscuits after his lunch. This is perfectly normal at the moment. He drinks a lot of ‘proper’ strong coffee up 10pm at night.

This isn’t normal is it?? And just because he’s not obese, doesn’t mean it isn’t going to be having an effect on his health? I just don’t know how to get through to him, he doesn’t see a problem.

Or AIBU and he can do what he likes...he doesn’t drink or smoke or have any other particularly unhealthy habits (apart from addicted to his phone but that’s another thread entirely) doesn’t really ‘exercise’ but is low level active through his job...
