Turning down a job as I would be working weekends?

It means I would be working 6 out of 10 Saturdays and 2 sundays in 10 weeks.
I've never ever worked weekends and tbh the thought of no social life makes me miserable.
The only good thing about it is I would be around £650 better off a month.
Is it worth it for lack of social life?
I honestly don't know what to do.
What would you do ?

@HoldontoOneMoreDay

That's a big annual increase just for working weekends. If you've a later start on the Saturday you can still go out on Friday and Saturday night, if you've an earlier start you can still go out Saturday... Done at 4 and in the pub for 4.30 sounds OK to me.
It's not just for working weekends, it's going from part time to full time.
