To ask for your opinions on weighted blankets?

My daughter is 11 and in year 7. She has always slept well, no underlying other issues.

Since beginning of Jan she has slept terribly and shes now worn out. Shes worried about school and CV like so many other kids. Weve done all we can to reassure her.

Is it worth investing in a weighted blanket in a situation like this? Do they work? Can anyone recommend one (that ideally doesn't cost the same as a night in Brighton).

I have one. It's okay. If I sleep under it I wake up with sore joints.

I bought one for my son who has ASD and has always had trouble falling asleep. It worked! I've always been a terrible sleeper too, so then bought one for myself, my other child and my support bubble friend. We all love them.
