To ask for cheerful film/tv/podcast/book suggestions

Lockdown has finally broken me and I don’t think my reading and tv choices lately are helping. Made the mistake of starting the year by re-reading 1984, then watched Songbird on Amazon Prime.

Looking for suggestions away from my usual serial killer, dystopian sci fi, thriller type things.

Need comedy and lighthearted viewing/listening/reading.

Currently enjoying This Is Us it’s quite heart warming
Also binge watched Virgin River Blush
Not really comedy but very easy watching.
Usually a big fan of murder mysteries but felt like I needed a change to something more lighthearted!

The "No such thing as a fish" podcast is great. Really cheery and you learn all sorts of random facts!

Definitely cabin pressure, have listened so many times.

Bridgerton also a great shout

I've been re watching some old favs

Fasier on C4, feels new, as its been 20 years since I last watched it. SO comforting seeing this fictional sitcom world every day.
Red Dwarf
Father Ted

New stuff that's been getting me through it all.
Community on Netflix
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt on Netflix
