Slugs
Jelly
Plug holes

LyndaSnellsSniff · 23/01/2021 23:44

Water snakes.
Tomato ketchup smears. Especially on high chairs in restaurants.
Being touched by other people’s feet.

LyndaSnellsSniff · 23/01/2021 23:50

The sound of people kissing on the radio.

When people have clicky voices. Often due to false teeth, but not always. Grace Dent does it but it tends to be really noticeable on the radio.

Slightlyunhinged · 24/01/2021 00:08

Mushy peas. I can't look at them or even touch a plate with mushy peas on. I've no idea why!

Hawkins001 · 24/01/2021 00:08

More of a frustration, is waiting in the supermarkets, I like to be in and out asap, but some times the isles can be blocked and take a while before they can be used, first and foremost each to their own in the supermarkets, but my preference is, know what I need then straight in get the required items then checkout and back out.

Another frustration is when my tablets start to go slow, usually they are fast most of the time but at times when it jams, it's frustrating.

B1rthis · 24/01/2021 00:15

Parents who try to get their under 1 year olds into a sleeping routine and then try and push the idea that your failing because you're not.

People who think it's a good idea to mow the lawn before midday.

HaveeeeYouMetTed · 24/01/2021 00:29

Chewing into hidden gristle.

Other peoples worn shoes.

Sweat. Literally makes my stomach turn.

The thought of all the dead skin cells on tried on clothes in shops (this came about after a day at work after someone had tried on a black suit & decided they didn't want it. Passed it back inside out with patches of dry white skin on it. 🤢🤢🤢

Xmassprout · 24/01/2021 00:33

Saliva. When my husband or children give me a wet kiss and I can feel their salavia on my skin it makes me feel physically sick.

Sponges. I can't touch them with my bare hands because of the texture. And then to think about all the germs breeding in them is just ergh.

Also feel repulsed when people get their feet out in public when they have really dry and cracked heels. And long toe nails, no one really needs long toe nails. If they're long enough for a French manicure they're too long.

When you see people using makeup testers in store. Can't help but think about the sheer number of grubby fingers that have been dipped in there. Even worse if people are applying it to their face. Saw someone actually put lip gloss on their lips once.

I work at the emergency vets and making dogs sick after they eat something they're not supposed to, is so regular that its a minor thing for me. Dog vomit doesn't bother me itself, quite happy to have a good old rummage in there. But when they eat chocolate, their vomit smells really strongly of chocolate. Can especially tell if they've had mint or orange chocolate. The chocolatey smell really turns my stomach. Any other vomit is fine, just not chocolate vomit

bluedomino · 24/01/2021 01:34

Milk. I hate it. Cannot touch a milk bottle. Mud and velvet. Damp sweaty hands. Beards. People who smell of butter.

grassisjeweled · 24/01/2021 01:47

When people bake cookies/ biscuits etc and it's shaped by hand into a crescent or whatever. Ugh, other fingers, gross 😱

Vast majority of men in shorts. Ugh

Pot belly on men. Not a fan.

Adults eating child food I. E. Pom bears or whatever

grassisjeweled · 24/01/2021 01:53

Worse than the tongue sticking out in photos is giving the finger. As if you're such a wild child.

BitOfFun · 24/01/2021 02:03

The sticky feeling on my lips after eating Fruitella or Opal Fruits.

user1473878824 · 24/01/2021 02:24

Men with long fingernails make me want to die. My ex has them, and also such bad gum disease every time I see a photo of him it makes my mouth hurt.

Clevererthanyou · 24/01/2021 02:31

Peoples faces. I realise that sounds silly and perhaps provocative but the thought of touching someone else’s face or having them touch mine is repulsive.
Other people’s phones. You just know they go absolutely everywhere with them, including the toilet and never get thoroughly cleaned.
Can’t touch door handles for same reason 😞
Life is rough.

CatAndHisKit · 24/01/2021 02:33

The squechy sound of kissing on film - just why do they always have to turn up the sound effect so you REALLY hear that lip sucking / saliva moving? Just YUK Envy
And not just lovers kissing, people loudly kissing children on screen.

It's rarely that bad/loud in RL, thankfully.

Greasy lips when someone's eating.

People chewing their nails, also licking their fingers when eating.

CatAndHisKit · 24/01/2021 02:34

*squelchy

Clevererthanyou · 24/01/2021 02:34

I forgot what is quite possibly the worst one - buffets/self serve food.
Congealed, tepid, hours old at best, touched by everyone and in some cases chewed on and then put back Sad

CatAndHisKit · 24/01/2021 02:38

Full-on beards (as opp to stubble) - it's very hard to keep a beard clean at all times.

CatAndHisKit · 24/01/2021 02:42

Ha, cross-posted re kissing (tv or radio - both), and now yo'uve reminded me about the clicky voices - same for me too! Also when people breathing too loudly before each new sentence. Especially when it's a newsreader.

GalaKC · 24/01/2021 02:45

Bad teeth and bad breath
Greasy hair
Nails that are either too long or dirty
Watching and hearing people eat corn flakes
The word flapjack, and actual flapjacks lol
People who stick their tongue out and wiggle it around like a fucking snake when they are thinking
Tea rings in mugs
Feet. Any and all feet
Fabric hankies
Caked on make up
People who insist in picking someone else's pimples, ffs ew Envy
Any slurping, licking or chewing noises
Holes. Repulsion AND terror
Builder's bum ( crack.showing)
People sharing a wash up scourer at the workplace
Blowing candles

Im not even halfway down my list, I think I need help hahaha

HibernatingTill2030 · 24/01/2021 02:48

Hair in the plug hole makes me actually gag.

aquashiv · 24/01/2021 03:03

That snotting sound.

Bogeys.

Sticky tables

The smell of barbecues.

OPFs.

Trump doing that weird hand gestation.

Johnsons hair face and especially his weird grin.

DK123 · 24/01/2021 03:05

People who pull that stupid face with the big eyes and mouth open whilst holding food like they're about to eat it - does anyone know what I mean?

Instagram models pulling that expression where they stick their tongue out sideways

Biting into gristle or any fatty bits on meat

Ragged or long toenails

The sound of people loudly crunching apples

Nicolastuffedone · 24/01/2021 06:31

Those thick acrylic nails....eeewwww
