To worry about daughter taking this job?

She was made unemployed last year and is taking anything she can get.
At the moment, I am clinically vulnerable as am on high dose steroids. My daughter lives with me and wants to take a job in someone's home doing housekeeping and childcare. The woman she is doing this for is an icu doctor meaning she will be in contact with coronavirus all day.
Aibu to be worried about daughter taking this job on and her bringing the virus back home?

Sorry, obviously she will not be with the parent all day but obviously she will be in the parents home and interacting with her at the beginning and end of each day.

Of course you are worried, good on her finding a job. As long as she wears a mask keeps 2m away and washes her hands.

When she comes home, she should change her clothes and put straight in the washing machine.

Just because the person works in ICU doesn't mean she will give her covid. They are wearing full PPE and will probably have to shower and change before they come home.

I’m high risk my partner works in a supermarket he comes home changes puts clothes straight in washing machine and showers wears a mask and follows the rules. If DD did the same I’m sure it would be ok. As said in pp a ICU nurse would be in PPE and sure she’s even more careful coming home to her kids.

If it’s any consolation ITU staff have much lower rates of Covid than ward staff because their PPE is superior.
