Tv price gone up!

I saw a Samsung tv on John Lewis last night, I wanted to do bit of research before being quick to buy it, with it being night time I thought ill do it tomorrow.
Except tomorrow came and now the price has increased! By a lot!
The website made no mention of yesterday's price being a sale/offer price. Had I known that I would've purchased it and just done my research last night

Why do websites do that for! I looked everywhere else for this same tv and it seems they all have increased. Now I don't want to buy it knowing i could've got it so much more cheaper

Would I need Bluetooth for any purpose? Most smart tv allow you to wirelessly connect your smart phone anyway. Would I ever need the Ethernet connection??

Bluetooth maybe for a speaker/headphones?

Ethernet is more stable than wifi, and can help if your router is overloaded with too mani wifi devices, but if you don't have this issue then you probably don't need it.

John Lewis change their prices daily , the tv would have been on offer so where else and they price match. It's their USP .

Robert dyas dropped the price down to £419 yesterday, John Lewis price matched it! So finally managed to get it!
