Following on from my thread about panini press/toastie machines please can you tell me your combinations? Veggie ones even better but I'll adjust things to make them veggie. We don't do eggs generally but you never know with the dc 🤷🏼‍♀️

Layer of spinach leaves
Soft blue cheese of your choice.
Very thinly (with a mandolin if you have one or other wise just thin with a knife) sliced pear.
Little bit of thinly sliced red onion
Drizzle (don’t over do it) of honey.

Haggis and cheese!

Need to cook the haggis first, or a good use for leftover haggis.

@grey12

The best trick with toasties is to butter the outside of the bread Wink
Try mayo instead of butter...thank me later!
whoami24601 · 13/01/2021 21:06

Extra mature cheddar and cooked, sliced beetroot. Yum!

FlatteredRhubardFool · 13/01/2021 21:13

I'm really hungry reading all these! Nutella and marshmallow would be heaven for dd1 and ds. I'll see if I can order some veggie ones.

Crisps on the side are mandatory!

FlatteredRhubardFool · 14/01/2021 08:55

I've ordered some vegan marshmallows to try out the Nutella and marshmallow ones. The shopping arrives today as does the panini machine so it's going to be an exciting day for us Grin
