The best one I have is you set a timer for ten minutes and they have to stay in their rooms for ten minutes and tidy between five and ten things away. You go in after ten minutes and if you can guess what’s gone then you get a point and if you can’t they get a point.

Set up an obstacle course in the garden. Give them an old phone or something to time themselves on and some almost impossible time to beat. When they beat the time you've given they get a fiver, or two hours on the Xbox or something.

Painting - use masking tape to stick the paper to a board/cardboard. Then it doesn't ripple and you can go back and add to the masterpiece, and correct mistakes when the first lot has dried, as often as is needed.
So if they are copying something they can correct and correct until it is right.
