You’ve probably got hundreds of posts like this but I’m so stressed!! My ex has our kid’s ( 6 kids together) when is suits his life and changes on a weekly basis! and he has his own flat where he usually takes the children about 20 min drive from us but he has a partner who lives an hour away, she’s got 3 kids ( one is his) and they don’t believe in Covid but I’ve had Covid 8 weeks ago, I’m terrified of Getting the new variant as me and my 16 month old was really ill last time and I’m a single parent doing it alone 😢
Am I justified in saying he does not take or have kids around his Partner or her children whilst lockdown is going on? She mixes with people, her kids still visit their dads obv so to me my kids will get it again! ! My ex brought the last Covid to us as he was ill before us and then we got ill except he didn’t get tested as he doesn’t believe in it! He thinks it’s all made up! If I ask him to have his kids in his flat on his own his gf will kick off and expect him to take all kids to hers because she doesn’t like being away from him just for his contact. And if he has kids in his flat she will expect to bring her 3 kids to the flat to stay even though it’s just a one bed! Kids cant stay at hers anyway as he has no where to put them as we have 6 and she has 3 and only a 3 bed house!
I know if I suggest this he will just be spiteful and go against me, and his gf will not respect my decision!! My 16 month won’t cope staying at her house Anyway, she only just manages at her dads ! I don’t want to get Covid again!!
