Can you buy cigarettes with Tesco gift card?

Just that really. I have a gift card, and googled if I could buy cigs with it and can't find an answer. Anyone?

In that case don't you think cigarettes are the last thing they should be buying?
And that if your financial situation is so precarious then maybe burning £10 notes every day isn't the cleverest thing to be doing?

Maybe the reason they have only got a gift card is because they’ve spent their money on paying the morgage, electricity, gas water food and fags are literally the last thing they want/need
Personallly I wouldn’t buy fags ever but I don’t smoke or drink very much However both are addictive substances and sure they need help quitting

I’m sure you spend money on thing other people would argue that there’s better things to spend your money on. There will be things that you do and spend money on that some one will say that’s not the cleverest thing to spend money on! Oh wow you can afford it but just think how better off you would be if you didn’t!

Comments like this are always made by people who stand from a position of being able to afford the things their telling other people they can do without! Some sort of moral high ground Sure there are cheaper ways of living and giving up smoking might help op but that’s not going to happen over night.

If they are a gift voucher you can use them for anything in store afaik.

I've been having the exact same question yes you can buy cigarettes alcohol and fuel with tesco e gift cards tesco contacted me to answer my question and told me yes you can buy the aforementioned items.

People so judgemental. You cannot buy baby formula with some gift cards. So let's start on that shall we....bad mother if you don't breast feed. Gift cards are not vouchers for food. Quite likely a gift.
