To expect an Etsy refund?

Bought 3 items from a 5* rated seller - beautiful pics, great reviews, cost £30 so while not breaking the bank, it's still £30!

I've seen the products I've bought being sold on Shein (FFS) for £2.99, £1.99 and £0.99. It is without any doubt, the same products. 100% certain.

AIBU to expect a full and utter refund? While I don't want to take down someone's possible livelihood, I do feel a bit miffed.

Can we see the pics?

Shein regularly steals independent artists work so it's likely the other way around.

Try just talking to the seller before raising a case. I sell vintage stuff on Etsy. I will always refund a customer if they change their mind about buying something once they have seen it. If its because they feel it isn't as described I include the shipping. If its just because they've changed their mind, I just refund the cost. I get irritated when buyers go straight to raising a case without talking to me first, because it really is unnecessary !

I've emailed the seller but she's responded to say that her items have been stolen by Shein.

I've been a buyer on Etsy for years - I don't go for mass produced items - I love precious stones and little silver earrings etc, so I can tell when something is handmade. The items are not handmade at all - they look really shiny; cheap looking. Really unhappy but not sure what else to do now.

I won't post pics - despite the situation, I don't want to do that to the seller.
