What do you actually put in a turkey sandwich?

Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce.

Or turkey, brie and cranberry sauce.

‘You threw my sandwich away?? My sandwich? MY SANDWICH??’

I’ve got everything to make turkey sandwiches, except the bread!

Very fresh white bread, real butter, turkey breast sliced nicely (not hacked off in chunks), homemade sage & onion stuffing & cranberry & port sauce. Salt on the turkey
It's the best sandwich of the year & dh brought it up to me in bed with fresh coffee for brunch today as he does every year!
Tomorrow we'll have part baked ciabatta hot from the oven with Turkey, brie & cranberry sauce - also delicious

DH made a fresh tray of roast potatoes earlier, so I had: bread, butter, turkey, smooshed up roast potatoes, spinach leaves (for health) cranberry sauce.

Lush it was.

Turkey and loads of ketchup

Butter, turkey, salt, cranberry sauce.

Stuffing, mayo, bacon, gravy, all or anu combination

We add slices of beetroot - it's a game changer. And obvs turkey and stuffing.

Mine. .

Thick seeded bread, butter and cranberry sauce spread on.

In a jug I made fresh hot gravy, added my chunks of Turkey to the jug, then leftover veg.

Sausage meat stuffing slices in the microwave to get hot.

Stuffing on to the bread, jug meat veg mix on top of stuffing, next bit of bread.

Bib needed to eat it!

Good job I am going out for a walk tomorrow. Perfect excuse to go and get some tiger bread for a Turkey Sandwich (which I'm now desperate for!)

We add slices of beetroot - it's a game changer. And obvs turkey and stuffing.

I usually keep beetroot for roast pork sandwiches but I might give it a go with turkey.

I ended up putting :

Bread (obv)
Turkey
Thin layer of gravy
Stuffing

I heated it up and served it with leftover roast spuds and a small bowl of gravy to dip the sandwich in.

Chocolate sauce

White bread, salted butter, thinly shredded lettuce, turkey, cranberry sauce or red currant jelly, a little stuffing.

Cranberry

Its enough,

Fresh white bread, butter, turkey and stuffing, that's it. Simple but perfect. Some years I have to sit and think do I usually have mayo on this? But no, I think it's just the plain version I like best.

Or is it the mayo one.....
