It’s allowed but advice from scientists and medics is very much proceed with care

Lifeispassingby · 18/12/2020 12:25

Yes you can with 2 other households but they cannot mix with anyone other than you. It’s not sensible unless you really can’t cope without it

AnneLovesGilbert · 18/12/2020 12:26

Yes. It’s been all over the news for weeks. Try the BBC, any other mainstream news source or the government website.

Thepearofwisdom · 18/12/2020 12:26

Yes, all tiers can form Christmas bubbles. We are asked to think carefully about who we mix with. And I'm not sure about forming bubbles across different tiers, perhaps someone more knowledgable will be along soon!

Megan2018 · 18/12/2020 12:26

Any tier can mix over Christmas- the tiers are being abandoned for 5 days in England. Whether you should is a different matter. We are tier 3 and not mixing as I think it’s madness. But we could if we wanted.

Purplebags11 · 18/12/2020 12:27

It's the in-laws mixing I'm concerned because fil has been extremely unwell this year they are going to a house hold in tier 3, they have always avoided coming to our house if we've had the slightest sniffle incase fil catches it. I'm not sure I want them to come to us after for a while as I don't want you risk it fully prepared to be told I'm being unreasonable thou

Thankyou for your replies I thought if you was in tier 3 then you couldn't mix

You can’t mix in tier 3 except for those Xmas dates
